Creative Expression for Adults: 5-week workshop of self-discovery through creative play by Helene Awad and Sara Fawcett Starting Tuesday, October 31st Diwan, Heliopolis 7-9pm Limited spaces available Book your spot here Looking for a fun and creative way to rediscover your ability to play and create? Join the Creative Expression for Adults workshop. This five-week workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and increase self-awareness through music and art. You’ll have the opportunity to express yourself in a safe and supportive environment, while also enjoying the company of others. The workshop is facilitated by Artist Helene Awad and Musician Sara Fawcett, who will provide a holding environment for you to explore your creativity. The workshops will be held at Diwan Heliopolis every Tuesday starting October 31st and are limited to 8 participants, so sign up as soon. Sara is a Creative Music Therapist from London, now living in Cairo. She recently completed a Masters programme with Nordoff and Robbins in Music, Health, Society, an internationally renowned programme validated by Goldsmiths University of London. Helene has a Master degree in Creative Arts Therapy from NYU and is a certified art therapist. She has participated in group and solo exhibitions and has worked on textiles and illustrations in collaboration with artisans. Together, they will provide a holding environment for you to explore your creativity.
