In honor of World Mental Health Day, this workshop encourages children to reflect on their inner worlds as much as their outer appearance. Building on the idea of visual filters, like those on social media, the workshop invites kids to paint self-portraits not only based on what they see in the mirror, but also as a way to express and portray their emotions.
