Registration Link Workshop 1 Painting: “In Carle’s shoes” In the style of Eric Carle* we will be creating some super fun and unique artwork. We will use Acrylic paint and different tools to create textures, cut & paste and turn all this into a fabulous collage. *Eric Carle was an American author, designer, and illustrator of children's books. His picture book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" was first published in 1969, has been translated into more than 66 languages, and sold more than 50 million copies. Workshop 2 Printmaking: Foam printing Printmaking is an artistic process based on the principle of transferring images from one surface onto another, most often paper or fabric producing several copies of the artwork. Traditional printmaking techniques include woodcut, etching, engraving, and lithography, screen-printing among others. We will be learning how to engrave a foam plate, how to ink it properly and produce fabulous results using simple tools & techniques.

A day camp filled with exploration, hands-on experiments, creativity, and more! The camp is suitable for girls and boys for age groups 4-6 and 7-12. Each day will be divided into two components, a toy making workshop and a science workshop. There will be experiments for: the usage of solar panels to generate electricity, the usage of wind turbines to generate electricity, recycling & more.
