DESCRIPTION:Creative Expression for Adults: 5-week workshop of self-discovery through creative play by Helene Awad and Sara Fawcett\nStarting Tuesday\, October 31st\nDiwan\, Heliopolis\n7-9pm\nLimited spaces available\nBook your spot here \nLooking for a fun and creative way to rediscover your ability to play and create? Join the Creative Expression for Adults workshop. This five-week workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and increase self-awareness through music and art. You’ll have the opportunity to express yourself in a safe and supportive environment\, while also enjoying the company of others. The workshop is facilitated by Artist Helene Awad and Musician Sara Fawcett\, who will provide a holding environment for you to explore your creativity. The workshops will be held at Diwan Heliopolis every Tuesday starting October 31st and are limited to 8 participants\, so sign up as soon. \nSara is a Creative Music Therapist from London\, now living in Cairo. She recently completed a Masters programme with Nordoff and Robbins in Music\, Health\, Society\, an internationally renowned programme validated by Goldsmiths University of London. Helene has a Master degree in Creative Arts Therapy from NYU and is a certified art therapist. She has participated in group and solo exhibitions and has worked on textiles and illustrations in collaboration with artisans. Together\, they will provide a holding environment for you to explore your creativity.
